大島桜を、そば茶とほうじ茶にバランスよくブレンドした
桜餅のような香りの日本茶チャイ。

儚げで、繊細な香りの桜葉と、
緑茶の香りを残しつつも
香ばしさを絶妙に引き出したこだわりのほうじ茶と、
厚みのある香りと味わいのそば茶を
バランスよくブレンドしました。

その味わいは、
あっさりとしつつも味わい深く
桜餅をイメージさせるような香りと味です。


このお茶は、桜の花びらのように繊細なブレンドです。

チャイを煮だすときは、ミルクを入れる前に
茶葉を水で一煮立ちさせることがポイント。

水に桜の香りを移してから、
ミルクを加えてください。

そうすることで、繊細な大島桜の香りをお楽しみいただけます。

以前、お店でもメニューとしてお出ししていた桜のチャイ。
ご注文いただくと、春の訪れを先取りしたかのような
優しい桜の香りが店内を彩っておりました。

☆Sakura chai is only sold in spring ☆

A well-balanced blend of Oshima Sakura, Soba tea, and hojicha
Japanese tea chai with a scent like Sakuramochi.
(Houjicha=roasted green tea)
(Soba tea=buckwheat tea)

Sakura leaves with a delicate and beautiful scent.
The special Hojicha has a fresh and fragrant scent.
The selected Soba tea has a rich taste and aroma.
I mixed these in a well-balanced manner.

The taste is refreshing and tasty
It has a scent and taste reminiscent of Sakuramochi.

This tea is a delicate blend like cherry blossom petals.
So, in order to enjoy the scent,
When making chai, before adding milk it is important to boil the tea leaves in water.

A long time ago, the Sakura chai that was served as a menu at my coffee shop.
